GOD BLESS AMERICA - HAVE A HAPPY 4TH! (I KNOW ITS NOT EASY)

The Framers of the Constitution would be disgusted by the John Roberts’ Supreme Court. It is truly constitutionally schizophrenic at best; at worst, its an activist court that should not be taking up many of its cases. A victory against academic racism is tempered by an assault on Article 1, section 4 of the founding document buffeted by protection of the First Amendment. All the while, the ‘Marxist Bloc of Three Justices’ never waivers in its steady march toward paving the way for a Marxist/Fascist society. Kagen/Sotomayor/Jackson even stuck together like good Marxists in the attempt to allow the chief executive to usurp the Article 1 powers of Congress by voting in favor of Joe Biden erasing (having taxpayers pay) student loans. Truly unbelievable!

We are hanging on by a Constitutional thread. But fear not. The founding document does give us a way to end the madness. It is my hope to double down on this effort to put the Republic back on the Constitutional rails over the next two years by both installing a president who will take a blow-torch to the 4th branch of government and by using the Constitution to permanently end the madness of this Marxist take-over of our Society!
